Refund policy

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it

  • The item must be in its original packaging

  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Due to hygiene reasons, cervical neck pillows that have been used, washed, or damaged may not be eligible for return unless defective.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Used or visibly worn products

  • Items damaged due to misuse

  • Products returned after 30 days from delivery


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account (depending on your bank or payment provider)

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective or incorrect.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

If you need to request an exchange, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email us within 7 days of receiving your order and include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
